Our Background

Jason Massey is a dedicated and proficient pharmacist with over 20 years of experience across diverse areas of pharmacy practice. Jason's journey has taken me through hospital settings, community pharmacies, managerial roles, and mentoring pharmacy interns. Jason is a graduate of the University of Toledo's Doctor of Pharmacy program and an active and practicing pharmacist, licensed in California and Florida.

Jason’s vision for MedBridge Concierge was born out of his hands-on experience in community pharmacy. He recognized a critical gap between patients, providers, and insurance companies, particularly when it came to prior authorizations. Too often, these requests would fall through the cracks due to a lack of follow-up from pharmacists, providers, or both—an issue driven by the overwhelming workloads and demands placed on these busy professionals. This results in delayed access to therapy or in some cases, abandoned treatment all together.

Jason’s goal for MedBridge Concierge is to eliminate barriers to medication access and ensure a faster turnaround, empowering patients to receive the life-changing treatments they need.
